Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE: NOVEMBER 2, 2026

Glitch Forge (madeup8bit.com) is an 8-bit game maker and game box run by Splash Laflare. Plain version: you pull the lever, a game appears, you play it — and we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Nothing personal. No accounts, no names, no emails required to play or generate games.
• Local saves only. High scores and settings live in your browser's local storage on your device. We can't see them and they never leave your machine.

Ads

This site shows ads (Google AdSense or similar). Ad networks may use their own cookies per their policies; you can control ad personalization in your Google account or browser.

Games you generate

The forge composes games locally in your browser from preset engines. Games you export are yours; they don't get uploaded to us.

Children

The forge is family-friendly and safe for all ages. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
